天天抱怨只是个人素质低的表现，任何环境的积极和泰然才是生活的真谛。。。回归自然

人生的意义在于乐于助人，但坚决不助某些人。。。。

   当时看一公升眼泪的时候哭得稀里哗啦，现在听着only human 不再是感伤，而是感到生命的脆弱。

胃病已经有很久，这次又加重了，每次疼的时候都感觉自己的渺小。但是这不是最重要的，每次我会想到爸爸，爸爸抽烟好成瘾，也或多或少对身体有很大影响爸爸是那种很会享受也很有才能的人，为了供我读好书，还身兼几职，经常弄得疲惫不堪，而我老是给他添麻烦，但是他老是鼓励我，从好的方面教我，从不发脾气，我好感动

   自从高2从死亡的边缘拉回来后，我长大了很多，但是还是很喜欢争强好胜，对很多事不屑，然后现实又把我打击，然后就心中不满。现在想起来好幼稚。 现在才深深地发觉我的命不只是我自己的，还有爸爸妈妈的，做什么都要从另一个角度，而不是单纯的自己。

   以下检讨，并在以后的生活中做好：

不要太争强好胜了，只要认真付出了，就不辜负大家了

要天天饮食有规律，坚决不吃冰淇淋，垃圾食品

天天锻炼30分钟如跑步之类的，增强体制，一个星期至少打1次篮球

不能为了工作牺牲身体，要睡好12点前必须睡，一天至少8小时。要为了亲人和自己，保持健康状态

不当三八婆，东说西说的，要善待身边的每个朋友

什么都要从自己做起，大事小事都要踏踏实实

虽然对生活有点FARE，但更多的是乐观+thank for the life+enjoy life

    好久没碰过我的宝贝篮球，想必都快扁了。

但是，最为关键的问题是这个：1991年至今，差不多16年之后的今天，只有那些16年前投入并坚持到今天的人才有机会真正领悟时间单位的重要性。

     the boss of that restra  treats me well by giving me discount everytime i order meal.but i just can't basically read him,he  keeps  telling to treat me, i refused 5more times,but  he still  insists.  

   Gowsh!have mercy on me,WTH is he going to do,or am I way too timid to those guys! I know someone in this society is warmhearted,yet,this time i'm not sure.however onething is certain,there's  no free meal.
